The International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) is now accepting applications to fill Task Force member vacancies! Deadline to apply is 5pm Central 31 July 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the international evaluation of resuscitation and first aid science. The International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) was formed in 1992 to create a forum for collaboration among principal resuscitation councils worldwide. ILCOR's vision is to save more lives globally through resuscitation. ILCOR's mission is promoting, disseminating and advocating for the international implementation of evidence informed resuscitation and first aid, using transparent evaluation and consensus summary of scientific data.
The Task Force is a central part of ILCOR’s continuous process for evidence evaluation. Working in partnership with the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC), the Task Force brings together clinical and scientific experts from around the world to consider scientific evidence and produce consensus on science and treatment recommendations. • Neonatal Life Support (NLS)
• Pediatric Life Support (PLS)
Each ILCOR Task Force is seeking a limited number of new members and mentees. Please complete all answers as fully but concisely as possible to help the nominations committee and the task force leadership to identify qualified and diverse candidates. Applications will be reviewed for either task force member or mentee criteria based on the individual task force need, with attention to expansion of diversity of experience, discipline, and geography. Data collected on this application is used by ILCOR only to determine candidate eligibility, task force placement, and ensure ILCOR promotes and maintains diversity across the organization. All data is stored securely and confidentially.
